If you would like to request a return, then please contact us on hello@alittledress.co.uk with your order details and reason for return within 14 days of delivery. Items then must be returned in their original condition within 30 days. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We cannot provide refunds on any custom made garments, this includes items made to specific measurements or in a custom chosen fabric.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size then we will be happy to arrange this for you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and items must be returned to us before an alternative item is dispatched. Exchanges are subject to current availability.
