All of our items are handmade to order and therefore all orders have a 1-2 week processing time, once payment has been received. This timeframe may change throughout the year and in line with our current order schedule, if there is any delay to the processing of your order, then you will be notified via email.
UK Shipping
We currently offer FREE shipping within the United Kingdom on all orders, no minimum amount required. All items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which has an estimated delivery timeframe of 2-5 working days.
If you wish to, you can choose to upgrade your shipping to a faster service. These are available to be selected during check-out and include Royal Mail 1st Class and Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.
International Shipping
For all orders outside of the UK, parcels are dispatched via Royal Mail International services, unless a courier service has been specifically requested and agreed upon.
We charge a flat rate of £4 (charged in your local currency) for all international orders.
This service is non-trackable, however, you can choose to upgrade to International Tracked shipping during check out.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
A Little Dress is not responsible for any shipping delays, as once parcels have been posted this is beyond our control and the responsibility is with the shipping provider. If you require the items by a certain date then it is the buyers responsibility to order in plenty of time and to inform us of this.
